Refund Policy

Please read this before you buy.

All sales are final

Everything sold in the Pockets Store is a digital item delivered in-game straight after payment. By completing a purchase you agree to immediate delivery, and all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, including for ranks or items you no longer use, time-limited products that have run out, bans for breaking the server rules, or purchases made on the wrong account.

Delivery

Purchases can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. You need to be online on the account you entered at checkout. If nothing has arrived after that, contact us and we will deliver it.

If something went wrong, talk to us first on our Discord server or at [email protected]. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute removes the purchased items and results in a permanent ban from Pockets.

Payments by Tebex

Payments are processed by Tebex, who sell the products on our behalf. Every purchase is also covered by Tebex's own terms, which apply alongside this policy. Nothing here affects any rights you have by law.
